Enquiries and availability
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date. A booking becomes confirmed only when Louise accepts it, the agreed booking fee has been received and any required booking terms have been accepted.
Quotes and changes
Your quote is based on the date, location, timings, service and number of people supplied. Changes may affect the schedule, travel requirements and total cost and should be agreed in writing.
Trials and preparation
Bridal trials are used to refine the agreed look. Clients should share relevant allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions or accessibility needs in advance and follow the preparation guidance provided.
Travel and timings
Travel, parking, accommodation and early-start arrangements will be stated clearly in the final quote where they apply. The client is responsible for supplying accurate access and timing information.
Cancellations
The final cancellation, postponement and refund terms will be shown before the client confirms a booking. Please read these carefully and ask any questions before accepting your quote.
